Contact Plano Texas Roofing Pros

One number reaches a roofer who can tell you on the call whether you are describing a repair, a replacement or a leak trace.

There is no form on this page on purpose. A two-minute conversation establishes more about a roof than a contact form ever will, and it means nobody is waiting on a reply that may or may not arrive.

Response

Calls placed during business hours are answered by someone who works on roofs. Messages left outside those hours are returned the next working morning, and assessments are normally scheduled within the week outside the peak of storm season.

Crews start early through the summer, so the phone is answered before the posted opening on most working days.

The Fastest Route Is the Phone

Call (214) 272-2170 and describe three things: what you are seeing, where the property is, and roughly when the problem started or how old the roof is if you know. That is usually enough for a roofer to tell you on the call which of the eight services applies, whether it sounds like a repair or a replacement, and whether it warrants an assessment at all. If it does, the assessment goes on the calendar during that same conversation. If it does not, we will say so and you will not hear from us again.

What Happens After You Call

01

A conversation, not a script.

We ask what you are seeing, whether water is currently coming in, how old the roof is, and where the property sits. Nobody asks for an email address before answering a question.

02

The assessment on the calendar.

If a look is warranted, a date is set on the call. Active water entry moves ahead of everything else on the board, including our own scheduled work.

03

Photographs and an itemized scope.

After the assessment you receive dated images organized by slope and a scope priced line by line. What you do with it is up to you, and there is no follow-up sequence chasing a decision.

Questions About Reaching Us

Yes. The number goes to people who do this work rather than to a call center reading from a form. That is why we can usually narrow the problem down before anyone drives out.

Assessments are normally scheduled within the week. During the weeks immediately after a spring hail cell that stretches, which is exactly when we tell you a real date instead of an optimistic one.

Say so on the call. Active water entry is triaged ahead of scheduled assessments, and we can talk you through protecting the interior while we get someone there.

No. The assessment, the photographs and the written condition summary cost nothing and carry no obligation, and you keep all of it regardless of what you decide.

One Call Settles It

Describe the roof and we will tell you honestly what it sounds like and whether it is worth a look. The assessment costs nothing and produces something you keep either way.
